Chapter 7 – Mission Failed Succesfully

On the other side of this heating battle, Eichi’s bangs are chopped in half. Every strand of his hair fell to the ground like splattered glasses from the sky.

In front of him is a big cobra with a full bar of 45K GNH. It has a grey sharp-pointed fang. Its yellow eyes are shining through the dark room.

I cannot forgive you, cobra!

Eichi is in a lunge position. His dagger was on his back, building a strong momentum that will hit the snake.

Eichi’s eyes are closed at this time. His right foot is in the front while the left one is in the back. He is snoring as he is going to activate the skill.

His dagger glows a green light that puts a light into a lightless, solitude room. This sword summons a flying leaf.

An ultimate classical PI-bomb from Eichi’s mouth was released. The cobra’s eyes wide out as it heard that noisy curse.

Meanwhile, on the other side, Aaron is still clashing against the cobra. Eyeballs of every player that is alive on this side look to the left side. Cairelle covers her ears.

“Eichi?” Aaron shouts.

His attention against the cobra was taken by that loud classical Filipino profanity from Eichi.

He got distracted from the fight. Others are also occupied with that voice.

“Die, distracted mortal!” The snake said while staring at Aaron.

Aaron’s body shakes as the cobra becomes more aggressive. His ears stand out. He looks around, he saw that snake’s fangs were inches nearby to his left arm.

“Shi…”

“Tch…”

“Aaron! Please be careful! If we die all, no one can grab our dog tags. Losing it means permadeath in real life. Our existence will lost!”

Meanwhile, on the side of Eichi’s room, his enemy cobra’s body dodged the dagger that almost hit its eyes.

The room rattles as the cobra turns his head to Eichi. pebbles from the domain starts to drop. Walls are collapsing, and the silence from this quiet room turns to a crackling noise.

“I will be free!” Eichi shouts and woke up from the dream.

He grips the dagger with both hands instead of holding it using only one. Eichi looks to the right side, he points the sharpest point of his blade to the cobra’s right eye.

“This is a surefire way to deal critical damage to you!” Eichi smirks

“Don’t dare to hit that if you don’t want your bangs to get mutilated in full.”

“Before you ruin my bangs again, you will die first!” Eichi replied

Eichi puts more grip to the dagger, and his eyebrows sharpened up.

“I’m so sorry, snake boy, this will just hurt a little for my experiment!”

“No… My GM will be disappointed to me if you defea…”

“Too late, sorry.”

His dagger hits the serpent’s eyes, which makes the creature releases its final scream. Thus, dealing a one-hit critical damage. The cobra’s GNH drops to zero.

Everyone saw the countdown reminder on their AR interface. But… Aaron still looks to the left, thinking about Eichi’s safety.

“I surrender!” Aaron drops the weapon on the ground in front of Cairelle and the boss.

The cobra laughs at Aaron and wipes its lips using a long tongue that produces a creepy hissing noise in the atmosphere. “Uh, your childish boy beats my clone. But you? Initiates a surrender?”

Aaron facepalms and smirks. “Just kidding! The battle is not OVER!”

For the remaining time , he still grabs the opportunity to hit the critical point of the boss. He leaps out from the ground and grabs his dagger.

“You cannot beat the flash of this card!” Aaron shouts.

His body glows like he is getting electrocuted. Cairelle runs backward from Aaron, as her eyes cannot handle the brightness of it.

Aaron’s eyes turn white. His hair stands out, and all the veins from his body are poppping out.

‘This is what you want, right?” Aaron asked

His body becomes invisible, it turns to orbiting stars around the cobra. Walls collapsing. The ground broken down. Below is just a blank void.

Cairelle managed to hold onto the domain door’s doorknob before the collapsed floor. His hands are aching at this moment because his body weight are relying on them.

She looked in her pocket, and she shouts out loud at what happened. “Help! Kuni’s dog tag will going to the void!”

Aaron doesn’t hear her.

In an instinct, a wind blew from Aaron’s body and it pushed down Kuni’s dog tag into the void. Her tears start to stream on her face, and the domain trembles again.

“Nooo!”

Her left hand slips away from the doorknob, he also going to fall into the void alongside the dog tag.

She grabs the tag. Her soul is like leaving her body as she is getting pulled by a gravity to the void of death.
